The Stenner Single Head Fixed Output Injection Pump is one of the varieties in the Classic Series identified by 45MF or 85MF in the item number prefix.
The Classic Series single head fixed pump has been tested by ETL to conform to the ANSI/NSF standard 50 when used with ANSI/NSF 50 listed controllers.

How The Stenner Single Head Fixed Output Injection Pump Works: The output is not adjustable and is determined by the rpm of the motor gears and the size of the pump tube. The motor’s output shaft rotates at a fixed rpm which drives the roller assembly within the pump head

The Stenner Single Head Adjustable Output pump is one of the varieties in the Classic Series. The pump is identified by 45MJ or 85MJ in the item number prefix.
The single head adjustable is an ideal choice for treating problem water. It can inject solutions for pH control or to oxidize iron, hydrogen sulfide or manganese for removal by filtration. Also, disinfection, pH control or adjustment, corrosion and scale control and oxidation are common water treatment applications.

How the Stenner Single Head Adjustable Pump Works
The output is determined by three factors: the rpm of the motor gears, the setting on the feed rate control and the pump tube size. The feed rate control has an external dial ring that is labeled L to 10 offering an adjustable output range from 5% to 100% in 2.5% increments.

The Stenner Double Head Fixed Pump is often utilized on large commercial swimming pools, water and wastewater treatment plants. The pump will dose solutions such as sodium hypochlorite, acid, polyphosphates, biocides for common water treatment applications that include disinfection, pH control, corrosion and scale control, oxidation and sanitization. The pump can inject two compatible liquids at the same ratio.
